SHIPPING POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Terminal Game Calls. All orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days, except custom engraved items, as they may take up to 14 business days to ship.

RETURN POLICY
Due to health and safety reasons, there is a NO RETURN policy on all mouth calls. Any other calls there will be a TEN day policy to return for DEFECT reasons only. All returns must be approved prior to returning or no refund will be issued or allowed. Please email or call us with any questions regarding returns.
CUSTOM ENGRAVING
Custom items are hand-crafted and engraved, tailored to your personal preference. These items may take up to 14 business days to make and personalize. There are no refunds or returns on any custom item, unless there is a defect with the product itself.
